Please help identify these limousines

Many times I've been ask to help identify certain limousines, such as who build it and its history. To be honest I don't know on most of them, therefore I thought I would start a new page to ask everyone to give their 2 cents worth. If you have any information about the car, click on the e-mail link posted with each photo to e-mail the owner. More will get added eventually, thanks for all your help!
