William mentions that the body style did not change from 1964 to 1965.
Cadillac carried over the body style on all Series 75 models, only
the second time in Cadillac history, in 1947-1949 and then 1964-1965.

Built by O'Gara-Hess & Eisenhardt

A 14 month build time was required for this (FAV) Fully Armored Vehicle. Based on the Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham, the vehicle was built on a modified 3/4 ton GMC truck chassis at a cost of $345,000.00.

It was staged in the Washington D.C. area in the event of the rare visit to the Washington area by the owner, said to be a senior member of the Royal Family

From a 1955 postcard
The '54 and '55 Series 75 are very similar in appearance
with their side trim, the 1956's had a side trim update.
