Dogs from the past (click on the names for more!)...

These are some of the dogs who brought me to this place. I'm glad to have shared my life with them.

Carlin 1997-2009

HIT Jamaica Me Crazy, UDT, MX, AXJ

What can I say about Carlin? He was a dog of my heart and soul. Carlin was a delight from the time he was a small puppy: bright, funny and eager to do things! His obedience was outstanding and included multiple HIT's and 20+ OTCH points. We came to agility late in the day but we really started enjoying it once we got the weaves down. We just liked to play together.

Rikki 1991-2005

HIT CH Topline's Blackwater Mavrik, CD

Rikki was quite a little bitch! She believed that she could do anything, sometimes, and nothing at all, other times! The result was a dog who earned an AKC obedience HIT, ABTC Select and an AKC Group 1 -- good girl! But she also made it very clear that she would participate in these activities if and when she felt like it. A bum knee ended her obedience career and extreme disinterest ended her conformation career. She spent her remaining years enjoying the good life on the couch.

Tucker 1991-2004
BISS & HIT CH Topline's Utmost Copy, CDX

Tucker was a sound, loving companion whose favorite activity was just hanging around with us. Despite that, he indulged my wishes to accomplish quite a lot; including:

  • HIT with a 199.5 in AKC obedience
  • BISS at the 1996 Great Lakes Regional
  • ABTC National Specialty Select 1997 & 1998
  • Best in Veterans Sweeps at the 2000 National Specialty

Jagger 1985-2000

CH & ABTC HTCH Winjammers Tuff Act Too, UDTX

Jagger is one of the reasons I have continued my involvement with Belgians over the years. He was a lovely dog who allowed me to learn about conformation, tracking, herding, sledding and was my first UD. Ahead of his time in "type"; he had a lovely expression and a beautiful ear-set.

Bidder 1988-1997 HIT Winjammers A Bid Above, UDT

Bidder was my special obedience dog. He was the first dog I campaigned in obedience and we had a wonderful time doing it. He always gave more than I was able to give him.

Some of the other Kids... I didn't start in Belgians, my first dog was a Springer. There were some other ones: the kids' pets, rescues and dogs that couldn't stay.
