In my attempts to learn more about the web content management landscape, I have found a very viable small-scale tool that I've been using to maintain this site - FogCreek's CityDesk. To help non-profit organizations benefit from my experience in this area, I've created a presentation and a set of materials on web content management for non-profits.
In addition to CityDesk, I point non-profit organizations toward other free or very inexpensive resources on the web, including OpenOffice, the Opera web browser, PaintShop Pro, and WS_FTP.
