This fills in the area at the top of the seat when the top is down. Fully automatic, complete with bracket/hinges, has a good seal on it. The motor will fit a 65-67 Lincoln, with a part# C5SF-15B659A 12V. Back side only a little surface rust, no holes or rot. The motor mechanism on the flipper lid will also fit a 66-67 convertible.
