This Lincoln Continental has presidential black exterior with black and white nylon leather vinyl interior. I've owned this car for the past 28 years and know the history of it since it was new, the original owner was in his 70's when he purchased it new and drove the car about 10 years putting on about 12000 miles.

The current mileage is 51950 actual miles which I've only put on 11,000 miles, an average of about 400 miles per year. I always wanted to keep the miles low and never drove it in winter or bad weather, it has always been garaged since it was new. Its a very clean non-restored all original car and has never been smoked in and doesn't smell like your usual old cars. Always been well maintained since new with yearly oil changes.

It has new custom made mufflers, resonators and connector pipes correct for the car and year; correct Coker tires 900x14 with 2 1/4 inch whitewalls; power windows, powers brakes and power locks; all new brake lines, shoes and rebuilt wheel cylinders; nice chrome and stainless; clean trunk with original material.
It is mostly original paint with a few dings.

Everything is correct and authentic down to the bolts and screws except for the electric fuel pump and seat belts. It has both sets of original keys, one set with the original leather key pouch from dealership and a mint owners manual is also included.

I have been parting out Lincolns for 30 years and been a member of the LCOC for the past 27 years, this is one of the nicest original 61's I've seen. I've even been ask occasionally who restored it. Its a joy to drive, gets lots of attention and compliments, runs and drives excellent with excellent mechanics and could be driven anywhere. If the buyer is from Michigan, the NOS front and rear Michigan license plates are included.
